- 1 / 5By Zarah BlackBeef schnitzel came out stone cold. Sent back and replaced. Meanwhile the 2 "vegetarian medleys" ordered still hadn't come out yet. Finally came out and the "veggie balls" were still frozen. Sent back and came out after everyone else had finished their meals. Waitress said she "hoped it was warm enough for us". Disgusting attitude as the meal was clearly pulled straight from the freezer. Asked about a refund and we were told this was not an option as meals were replaced, regardless if they came out half an hour late. If we had known this we would have taken our money elsewhere. Hence the bad review as staff argued and did not want to make the customer happy.February 22, 2017
